This is my very first time using the site. I admit that I have not set up the product yet but I am so thrilled with it already. It came in better packaging than I expected. I got the door handle weeks before I thought I would. The store messaged to ask how everything was going. I have played with it a bit to see how it works and everything seems great. I plan to leave pictures and more feedback in a couple of weeks when I get into my new apartment. Although I had to expand holes of the door and an existing Yale YT010 door lock assembly, the unit swiftly replaced the Yale door handle thus providing an additional biometric locking mechanism!

Good matherial and design, feel good when touch. In finger print scan function is working and smooth. In small point but it's the big security issue, it's too much flexiblility to add the new input finger by any of existing finger (No master) or reset factory too. So must add only very trust people. In overall is nearly perfect for individual use.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
